A young detective in search of his missing father, ‘Jagga Jasoos’ is a journey through the landscapes of Cape Town.
We see the lead actors Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor riding ostriches and fighting cheetahs. The trailer shows a montage of funny incidents. Ranbir, with his goofy behavior, has a very Forrest Gump-ish appearance and Katrina looks confused throughout the 2.44-minute trailer. It seems like director Anurag Basu has borrowed a lot from his previous film ‘Barfi’. The scenes are comical and have a Hollywood feel to them. From the trailer, we’re sure it’s an out and out Disney film. The background score is funky and odd, giving the trailer a youthful energy. The movie is reportedly a musical with Pritam having composed almost 20 songs.
