London, Sep 17 (IANS) Actor Daniel Radcliffe strongly believes Hollywood needs to step up and fix gender bias as he feels there's a lack of roles for women in the industry. You see amazing male characters, and there is an absolute dearth of roles for women," Radcliffe told Elle magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk. The 27-year-old had earlier shared that he thought gender equality wasn't an issue in Hollywood anymore.
